The Rebuild
Log

A 64-year-old rebuilding an endurance engine from literal zero after illness — one week, one data dump at a time. Fitness, fatigue, form, weight, every session. No cherry-picking. If the week was ugly, the chart is ugly. That's the point.

How To Read The Log

CTL

Fitness

The slow-cooked number. A rolling average of ~6 weeks of training stress. Goes up on the scale of months. This is the line we're rebuilding.

ATL

Fatigue

The last ~7 days of stress. Spikes fast, fades fast. In a rebuild it will always outrun fitness at first — that's the price of admission.

TSB

Form

Fitness minus fatigue. Negative = training in a hole (normal). Positive = fresh (race day). The art is keeping the hole shallow enough to climb out of.
